Essential Responsibilities Welcome and escort patients and families to examination rooms with warmth and professionalism Obtain and accurately document patient medical histories and vital signs Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians with procedures Administer pediatric vaccines and immunizations following established protocols Perform venipunctures on pediatric patients, including newborns Perform wound care including applying dressings and suture removal Collect laboratory specimens and perform point-of-care diagnostic testing Respond to patient and family inquiries with empathy and clinical expertise Maintain medical supply inventory and place orders as needed Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Mississippi Minimum of one (1) year full-time clinical experience in pediatrics Demonstrated proficiency in administering pediatric vaccines and performing venipunctures on pediatric patients, including newborns Thorough familiarity with the pediatric immunization schedule (CDC/ACIP guidelines) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service orientation with a positive, professional demeanor Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Self-motivated with initiative and creative problem-solving abilities Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Ridgeland, MS What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health Benefits Work-life balance with no weekends or evenings required Professional development and continuing education support Collaborative, patient-focused work environment Opportunity to grow with an established, thriving practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
