Life Enrichment/Activities Assistant

Location 2424 NW 178th, Edmond, OK 73012 Position Overview The Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and lead activities that support residents’ emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well‑being. This role works closely with residents throughout the day and helps create a warm, engaging environment throughout the community. Responsibilities Lead and assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, exercise, and social engagement Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families Support outings, special events, and holiday celebrations Assist with activity setup, decorating, organization, and cleanup Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership Adapt activities to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to engage and communicate with seniors living with dementia Creative, energetic, and team‑oriented Previous senior living, memory care, activities, childcare, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred (but not required) Must be able to pass background check and meet employment requirements Benefits Small, supportive memory care environment Opportunity to make a real impact every day Team‑focused culture Meaningful work with seniors and families Competitive pay based on experience Full‑time and part‑time opportunities may be available Pay Rate of pay starts at $15.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
