Licensed Physical Therapist (Per Diem/Part-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Location: Lancaster, PA clinics We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. At Ivy Rehab, PTs have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth. Compensation: $50.00 to $65.00/hr (based on experience, location, schedule, etc.) Benefits for Per Diem/Part-time Teammates (start within 30 days): 401(k) with company match PTO + CEU Funds (must work at least 20 hrs/week to be eligible) What we look for: License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program Eagerness to grow & learn Team player Why Ivy?
