What We Do (Responsibilities) Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach. Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners. Write and close roofing contracts. Collect money. Manage the project from start to finish. Qualifications & Expectations Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. Self-starting, go-getter attitude; coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated. Reliable transportation; must have a ladder ready; company trucks available during business hours. Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check. Cell phone required. Enjoy working in or want to work in outside door-to-door sales. Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs. Able to walk on a roof and not afraid of heights. Strong communication skills; driven and goal-oriented. Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
