Service Porter

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Service Porter to join our service department. As a Service Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service area runs smoothly by assisting with the movement of vehicles, organizing the lot, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is vital in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers and staff. Responsibilities

• Assist in the movement and parking of vehicles within the service department
• Keep the service area and lot organized, clean, and orderly
• Assist service technicians with retrieving and delivering vehicles
• Provide support to the service team during busy periods
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate areas
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform various tasks, including walking and standing for long periods
