• Hours/week: Full-time (as per hospital policy)
• Employment Type: Permanent employed position
• License/Certifications: Michigan Medical License, Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology, ERCP certification preferred
• Experience: 5-8 years of GI experience preferred; Board Eligible candidates must become certified within one year

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services, including endoscopies and ERCP procedures
• Participate in patient rounds, clinics, and hospital consultations
• Contribute to a collaborative team supporting both hospital and clinic care
• Engage in teaching opportunities within our GME program (if interested)
• Support growth and patient care sharing in a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and certification requirements

What You Need:

Required:

• Michigan Medical License or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (must become certified within 1 year)
• ERCP certification (preferred)
• 5+ years of GI experience (excluding residency/fellowship)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Preferred:

• Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP (a plus)
• Experience in hospital-based GI practice
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
