Work location: 420 N University St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130
Pay: Up to $24 / hourly - Depending on Experience

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated team player to handle our center's HR tasks, new hire onboarding, and nursing schedules.
What You'll Do:

• Scheduling: Develops and maintain the CNA and nursing staff schedules, making changes as staffing needs come up.
• Hiring & Onboarding: Post job openings, welcome new hires, and lead new employee orientations.
• Employee Engagement: Track staff retention, share employee satisfaction surveys, and promote our tuition reimbursement program.
• Team Support: Work with center leadership to support staff needs and build good relationships with local schools.

What We Need:

• 1-2 years of Human Resources experience, required.
• At least 1 year of scheduling experience (healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred).
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can pivot quickly between tasks, and meets deadlines without losing sight of the details.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
