Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join a dynamic team on a travel assignment in Sheboygan, WI. This role requires a skilled professional with strong ED experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities of the RN Emergency Room (ER/ED):

• Provide immediate and effective care in a Level IV Trauma Center environment
• Manage and prioritize care for diverse patient groups: Behavioral Health, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Adult
• Utilize strong ED skills in trauma, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and line management
• Collaborate closely with support staff, including ED Techs and Case Managers
• Engage in effective communication with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements of the RN Emergency Room (ER/ED):

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Department
• Active BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications (PALS and ENCP preferred)
• Proficient in EPIC charting system
• De-escalation training, such as MOAB or CPI, preferred
