About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in building, managing, and growing client relationships. This position is ideal for someone who excels at understanding client needs, delivering strategic value, and serving as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with internal teams and technical experts to ensure exceptional service, identify growth opportunities, and drive long-term client success.

Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service
Support project coordination, proposals, and client documentation
Conduct client check-ins and help address issues promptly
Bring a proactive, client-first attitude to every interaction
