Retail Merchandise Processor Part Time

Overview Location: 20 E White Mountain Blvd, Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona 85935 Starting Pay: $15.15 per hour Position Description Works as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales. Responsible for processing donated merchandise in preparation for sale at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities' store locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, and meets the minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell-through targets for the assigned department. Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance. Safeguards company property, including donated goods. Reports incidents of theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized possession of company property. Maintains the sales floor and workstation by following floor work and PPM (picture process map) standards. Stocks merchandise in appropriate areas as assigned. Exercises judgment to inform leadership of potentially hazardous or dangerous materials found while processing merchandise for storage and/or disposal. Follows and ensures compliance with all safety rules; uses appropriate safety equipment and reports any unsafe conditions or hazards immediately. Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Requires ability to lift, bend, push, turn, and manipulate objects as needed.
