Company Description Grand Welcome is a luxury home vacation rental management franchisor that has been providing world-class experiences since 2009. Our goal is to be the best and not necessarily the biggest. We specialize in delivering exceptional service to both homeowners and guests, with properties ranging from the turquoise coast of Florida to the mountains of California and beyond. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Hollywood, FL. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, and overseeing sales training and management. This role involves daily interaction with clients, providing exemplary customer service, and supporting the overall sales efforts of the company. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to effectively conduct Training sessions Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Experience in the luxury home or vacation rental industry is a plus Seniority Level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Hospitality Referral Policy Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Grand Welcome by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Grand Welcome
