Shift: Typically Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Requires mandatory rotating weekend coverage approx. every 3–4 weeks)

Pay: Salary Range $48-55,000.00 / yearly (Paid weekly on Fridays!)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager  to oversee customer portfolios, manage site supervisors, and ensure operational excellence across assigned accounts. In this role, you will balance client relationships, Quality Control inspections, labor budget tracking, and hands-on team leadership to ensure full contract compliance and high retention.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Customer Confidence & Quality Control: Conduct regular public relations visits, perform monthly site inspections and audits, and promptly address client feedback to ensure high retention.

• Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and guide field supervisors and unit managers. Ensure proper uniform standards, safety compliance, and performance management in UKG .

• Budget & Labor Management: Monitor daily labor hours and overtime across assigned accounts. Allocate fill-in personnel to guarantee every route is fully staffed while remaining within budgeted hours.

• Operations Tracking & Systems: Utilize operational software systems for daily ticket tracking, complaint resolution, equipment management, and key tracking.

• Ancillary Sales & Enhancements: Identify client needs, scope special projects, and provide estimates for additional services to improve account value and client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 2–4 years of operational management, account management, or supervisory experience in commercial janitorial, facilities, or property services (preferred but not mandatory).

• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with management software, mobile apps, and digital task tracking.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer concerns, motivate field teams, and collaborate transparently across internal channels.

• Reliability: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with willingness to participate in mandatory weekend rotation (~every 3–4 weeks for short weekend checks).
