Open schedules:

• Baxter: Tuesday-Thursday 7p-7a
• Cookeville: Weekends 8a-4p
• Castilian Springs Tuesday-Thursday 8a-4p

What you'll do

• Provide direct care in the home
• Monitor patient condition
• Administer medications
• Support care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred
