That means being present, looking the part, acting the part.Role and ResponsibilitiesAssembling job specific pieces i.e. hoods, legs, floating shelves, mantelsAttention to detail and precisionGeneral knowledge of power tools and safety protocolFlexibility to help different departments when neededAssist with punch list items that need rushedUnderstand all components of furniture assemblyEffectively communicate with teamFlexibility to work some weekends when meeting deadlinesQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED5+ years in custom woodworkingAbility to read drawings and measurementsComputer skillsProficient in mathAble to lift 50lbs or moreAbility to stand for 10-hour shiftsPerform repetitive motionsSelf-motivatedPreferred SkillsBilingual in English/Spanish
