ReviewandapproveMasterBatchRecords,executedbatchrecords,andsupportingGMPdocumentationtosupportproductdispositionandmanufacturingexecution. PerformQAwalkthroughsandcollaboratewithManufacturingandsupportgroupstoidentify,investigate,andresolvequalityandcomplianceissues. Supportinvestigations,deviations,CAPAs,changecontrols,andotherqualitysystemprocessesusingstructuredproblem-solvingapproaches.EnsurecompliancewithISO,GMP,andregulatoryrequirementswhilemaintaininginspectionreadiness. PerformcleanroomactivitiesrequiringLevel3gowning(GradeB)tosupportmanufacturingoperationsandqualityoversight. Maintainaccuratetrackingofqualityrecordsandsupportcontinuousimprovementinitiativesthatstrengthenqualityandoperationalexcellence. Whatwearelookingfor:AssociatesdegreeinLifeSciences,Engineering,orarelatedscientificdisciplinepreferred.Relevantindustryexperiencemaybeconsideredinlieuofdegreerequirements.ExperienceworkinginaGMP-regulatedbiopharmaceutical,biologics,celltherapy,orviralvectormanufacturingenvironment. Hands-oncleanroomandgowningexperience,includingtheabilitytoworkwithinclassifiedmanufacturingenvironments. ExperiencereviewingGMPdocumentationandbatchrecordswithstrongattentiontodetail. Knowledgeofdeviations,CAPAs,changecontrols,andqualitysystemsprocessespreferred. Strongcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoeffectivelycollaboratewithcross-functionalteams.
