We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeEngineer controls for robotics in the data center: motion, safety, and integration with facility systems.Own the robot control stack integration: fleet management, task dispatch, and telemetry into the platform.Design the safety architecture: zones, interlocks, and functional safety for robots working among people and plant.Commission robotic systems at sites and hold them to availability targets.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.You've engineered controls for robotic or automated systems in production.You've implemented functional safety around robots: risk assessments and safety PLCs.You've integrated robot fleets with external systems.You commission on-site and debug across mechanical, electrical, and software.You hold availability numbers, not demos.Bonus: ROS or fleet managers.
