Senior Controls TechnicianOverview: We are seeking a Senior Controls Technician with 5+ years of experience in building automation systems. This role involves programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and leading controls projects across regional jobsites.Key Responsibilities:Program, configure, and integrate control systems (Delta, Distech, Tridium)Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventative maintenanceLead and mentor junior techniciansCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clientsQualifications:5+ years of experience in controls system installation, programming, and commissioningProficiency in BACnet, Modbus, and other industry-standard protocolsStrong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skillsBenefits: ESOP, discretionary bonuses, travel package, health/vision/dental, 401(k), PTO, gym reimbursements
