Job Summary The IR Tech II is responsible for performing professional basic routine diagnostic procedures for patients from adolescent to geriatrics. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of radiology

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years in a general hospital setting PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State registration and ARRT PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Certification in specialty REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire Organization Description Resolute Baptist Hospital offers a full range of comprehensive healthcare, including emergency services, cardiology and cardiovascular care, orthopedics, primary care, rehabilitation services, Womens Health, Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics, Neonatal and the areas only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
