CNC Set Up & Programmer

Description Performs a variety of machine operations utilizing numerical control machines to cut, shape or form metal parts to specifications. Does set ups and writes a program on the software and/or at the machine. Troubleshoot. Able to do set‑ups. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of ESPRIT is a plus. Able to read and understand blueprints and inspection per customer and quality requirements. Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices. Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs. Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines. Able to make adjustments on the machine. Good communication skills. High attention to detail. Good technical and mathematical skills. Able to lift 50 lbs.
