The challenges you'll tackle?

• Take on big operational challenges in our hyperscale cloud backend - owning everything from hands-on change implementation to deep problem investigation and proactive fixes that kill repetitive tasks before they spread.
• Jump straight from insights to action by working directly at the console and getting up close with the hardware and tech that power our platform.
• Turn your operational know-how into real impact by joining project rollouts and helping launch new features that evolve our cloud.

Qualifications

Your superpowers:

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT experience with modern cloud technologies — you've been in the trenches and know how to make a cloud run smoothly.
• Strong Linux and confident network skills — you're comfortable managing servers, services, and network infrastructure.
• Experience in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar) — you automate everything you can to keep operations efficient.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken — you communicate clearly across international teams and documentation.
