About The Role Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store at Tanger Outlets in Asheville, NC. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this high-traffic shopping destination draws visitors and locals year-round — making it one of our most active locations. As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.
