Job Summary Provides therapeutic occupational therapy interventions under supervision, following a written plan of care to achieve patient goals. Participates in discharge planning, patient/family education, and communicates progress in line with professional standards. May supervise clinical students, support staff, and volunteers, fostering a caring environment that promotes healing. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Deliver treatment under supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Provide discharge planning, education, follow-up, and referrals to community resources Assist in staff and student development Engage in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery Complete assigned goals efficiently Qualifications & Skills Entry-level experience Must hold current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practice state Basic computer literacy skills BLS certification within 14 days of hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
