The Inside Sales Representative will manage communications and orders for distributor partners, direct consumers, and corporate clients. This role supports inventory management and sales team efforts through proficient data entry and customer service. Training is provided onsite and virtually, and work is conducted Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm at our Dalton Office.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist with inventory management tasks
- Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support
- Collaborate with sales team to meet customer needs
- Enter data into system
- Complete distributor sales training as required
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general Office suite
- Skilled in accurate data entry
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Willingness to complete distributor sales training
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Customer service experience
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
