Local Road Mechanic

Position Overview ROAD MECHANIC POSITION / BASED OUT OF KENT OH AND SERVICING ALL LOCAL SURROUNDING AREA’S. (All work will be done within 2 hours of Kent, Ohio.) Company: The Davey Tree Expert Company Locations: Kent, OH Work Site: On Site Req ID: 224048 Job Duties We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Road Mechanic to keep our level of committed safety and service to our Davey Service Lines. The role includes diagnostics and repairs on trucks and equipment, such as chippers, aerials, cranes, and trailers. Responsibilities also include DOT and ANSI safety inspections. The candidate must possess the ability to interact with Managers on a professional level while discussing their service needs. The company will provide the service truck fully equipped with tools and any training needed going forward. The position may include overtime, occasional overnight and emergency after-hours road calls.
