Audit the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries, run reports, and verify accuracy of information. Assist with breakfast set up, food preparation, service and/or cleaning as required. Be the only team member on property for the majority of the work shift and must work alone as scheduled. Ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours. Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests in a professional manner. Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. Maintain a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests at all times. Qualifications Ability to take written and verbal direction and speak English clearly and read English. Warm, friendly manner in providing a hospitable environment to the public. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently. Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest services. Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines in day‑to‑day activities. Maintain the front desk lobby area in a clean and organized manner. Comply with hotel’s safety and security rules and instructions while protecting self, team members, guests and the hotel. Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled; may be the only team member on property during work shift.
