Ventilator Unit Nursing Lead | Subacute Care Manager

Axia Care Center in Orange, NJ is seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to lead our subacute and ventilator unit. This role focuses on overseeing daily operations, clinical leadership, and ensuring high-quality resident care.
You will coordinate with respiratory therapy, rehab, medical providers, and nursing teams; oversee assessments, care plans, documentation, and discharge planning; and maintain infection control and policy compliance.
