Process Technician – Probe Card Group in Test25 Department: Probe Card Group in Test25 Overview We are looking for a skilled and reliable Process Technician to support daily production operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience, proficiency in SPC, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands‑on problem‑solving, equipment monitoring, process support, and communication across operations, engineering, and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Address particle and thickness failures on production and qualification wafers Assist operators with issues impacting production flow (test wafers, quals, etc.) Provide and receive daily area status updates during shift change Support equipment maintenance in identifying and resolving process‑related issues Partner with process engineers on projects and improvement initiatives Analyze inline process data (thickness, particle counts) and define action plans for equipment recovery Run production tools as needed to maintain output targets Required Qualifications AA degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of directly related semiconductor manufacturing experience Ability to interpret, follow, and adhere to company specifications and standard practices Ability to receive and deliver complex written and verbal instructions Strong interpersonal skills including communication, teamwork, leadership, and effective problem‑solving Proven reliability, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast‑paced production environment Capability to recommend potential spec changes or process improvements to module owners SkyWater offers an exciting environment where the brightest semiconductor minds come together to achieve exceptional results.
