Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via video calls with individual adult clients.
• Assess clients' mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and adapt them based on their progress and feedback.
• Utilize standardized assessment tools to monitor treatment efficacy, including self-reported symptom measures and functional improvement metrics.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and other psychiatric providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and peer consultations to share insights, experiences, and strategies for effective mental health care.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and professionally.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with diverse adult clients seeking support for a range of mental health conditions. This population may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise in tailoring therapeutic interventions will be essential for guiding clients towards recovery and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure to practice independently, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note: No limited or provisional licenses accepted, and a clean disciplinary record is required.
• Proficiency in making clinical assessments, treatment planning, and providing appropriate interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation software.

Preferred Experience

• Prior telehealth experience or familiarity with virtual patient management systems is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural nuances in mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively in an online setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
