Job TitleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (LPN or RN), Provide advice & support to the Resident and their families.Monitoring Resident and administering medications and treatment.Document Resident Care services by charting in resident & department records.Protect Resident & staff by adhering to infection control policies & protocols.Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.RequirementsShould work well in a team environment.Current License (LPN or RN) License in the State of Arkansas.Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred.Excellent communication skills.
