Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications, with every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday scheduling.

Details

• Position is based in a hospital Emergency Department (Main ED)
• Shift hours are 10:30–23:00 (evening into night shift)
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Every other holiday (EOH) required
• 26-week contract

Requirements

• Active IA or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current PALS or ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) certification required for ED RNs
• TNCC certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• COVID vaccination card required
• Two professional references required

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted in Iowa (IA); a local pay rate may apply
• License verification must be dated within 30 days of start date; NURSYS verification is preferred for RNs where available
