Job Description:


- Shift: 07:00-19:00
- Location: 1st floor between ED and HVC
- Address: 3301 Matlock Rd.


Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 29
- Staffing Levels:
- 42 total staff
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 2 RNs, 2 LVNs, 2 Techs, 1 HUC
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 2 RNs, 2 LVNs
- Patient Ratios: 6:1

Equipment:
- Standard EMR: Meditech

Ideal Candidates:
- Must Have Skills:
- Acute Care Experience
- Preferred Skills:
- Neuro Med/Surg
- General Medicine and Orthopedics


Typical Procedures:
- Abdominal Fluid Removal
- Central Line Placement

Personality Traits:
- Passion for patient care
- Great interpersonal skills

Required Certifications:
- BLS

- Floating Areas: Inpatient med/surg units
