Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts per week | Every other weekend | No blocked scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting within a critical access facility environment
• Float across OB/L&D units as needed, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Well-Baby Nursery
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to perform multiple clinical duties across a small, multifaceted nursing team
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Participate in orientation, which is scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays
• Adhere to facility dress code: solid navy scrubs preferred ; any solid color acceptable

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• PALS certification (AHA or ENPC) required
• NRP certification required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are welcome to apply; please note that local status may affect bill rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• CPI certification
• SANE certification
