Processing Operator – Pasta Manufacturing Turn Simple Ingredients into World‑Class Pasta Do you enjoy working with advanced manufacturing equipment and seeing a product come to life from start to finish? Join our team as a Processing Operator and play a critical role in transforming premium semolina into the pasta products families enjoy every day. What You'll Do As a Processing Operator, you'll oversee key stages of the pasta‑making process, ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficient production. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor automated processing equipment used in pasta production Set up and install dies to produce various pasta shapes and sizes Monitor mixing, extrusion, cutting, and drying processes Load and unload raw materials, including semolina and ingredients Make process adjustments to maintain product specifications and quality standards Perform routine equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting Complete production records and process documentation accurately Work closely with Quality, Packaging, and Maintenance teams to maximize production efficiency Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements Assist with product changeovers and equipment cleaning activities Why Join Us?
