Regional Sales Director
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building partnerships and driving growth? We're looking for a motivated Regional Sales Director to lead customer relationships, identify new business opportunities.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customers helping bring innovative liquid and powder nutritional products to market. From collaborating on custom formulations to expanding existing accounts and developing new business, you'll play a key role in our company's continued growth.
KEY RESPOPNSIBILITIES
* Build , manage, and grow long-term relationships with customers throughout your assigned region.
* Travel throughout the US and possibly overseas to strengthen customer relationships, support key accounts, and develop new business.
* Resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
* Partner with customers to develop custom formulations for new finished products.
* Guide customers through product development, including formulation, packaging, labeling, and production requirements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer communications, ensuring exceptional service and timely follow-up.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and new product solutions.
* Generate, qualify, and manage new business opportunities within your teritory.
* Coordinate customer purchase orders to ensure a seamless production and fulfillment process.
* Resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
* Stay informed on regional market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to delivery.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* A proven track record of building strong customer relationships and growing sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and solve complex customer challenges.
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
* Experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
* Willingness to travel regularly.
