This role will operate within the Defense Manufacturing, Assembly, & Test (MA&T) Team and will work across the full product and service life cycle to ensure delivery of product to internal plan to meet commitments to our customers in both original equipment production and the MRO. This role will drive long-term improvements in quality, cost and delivery, with engagement and support of key stakeholders to enhance competitive and commercial performance of Rolls- Royce for both our customers and our suppliers.* Ensuring performance of preventive maintenance program for equipment and tools* Interfacing with suppliers providing service to equipment* Creating manufacturing work orders, work plans, test plans and test procedures* Specifying tooling used for assembly and test* Providing support to test engineering in the conduct of fuel system component testing* Ensuring calibration of tools and test instrumentation is up to date**Who we’re looking for:*** Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively* Committed to maintaining quality standards and procedures by following quality systems* Capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and learning* Demonstrate proficiency in the use of tools and equipment to support daily operations* Maintains a high level of accountability and professionalism**Preferred (but not required):*** FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate preferred.* Experience electronic engine controlsOur behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
