Aventura at Carriage Inn - Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – Split Opportunity Locations: Aventura at Carriage Inn & Aventura at Shiloh Springs Location: Dayton &Trotwood, OH Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) Aventura at Carriage Inn and Aventura at Shiloh Springs are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our energetic and supportive rehab team. This split opportunity offers the chance to work across two nearby facilities while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents every day.
