Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM, $45-50 per hr Position Summary: Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the Family Members' residential properties through daily cleaning and deep cleaning of the households.

Position Responsibilities:
- Clean bathrooms, bedroom, living areas, kitchen, and associated areas
- Deep cleaning of carpeted and non-carpeted areas, soft furnishings and bedding, fixtures and fittings, windows and walls
- Assisting with household errands
- Running ad-hoc tasks and assisting with any related duties
- Laundry and ironing of clothing, bed linens, and other linens, caring for fine garments, travel packing/unpacking, etc.
- Maintain outdoor living areas, patios, porches, and entryways as needed
- Oversee household organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
- Hands-on care for fine art, furniture, and antiques; polishing fine surfaces (silver, brass, china, crystal, marble, etc.)
- Liaise with outside vendors and contractors; scheduling household maintenance services as needed; inform property managers of any maintenance or security issues as they arise
- Assist in inventory management of household items and furnishings
- Follow estate policies, security protocols, and confidentiality requirements
- Work collaboratively with estate management and other household staff
- Prepare guest rooms and common areas for arrivals
- Assist with setup and cleanup for family gatherings, events, and meetings
- Assist with seasonal organization, closet rotations, and storage management
- Pet care as needed
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury residential housekeeping, hospitality, or estate management
- Experience caring for high-end furnishings, antiques, artwork, stone surfaces, and specialty finishes preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, products, and equipment
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to confidentiality
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and climbing stairs
- Detail-oriented. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record.
