Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit Salary: Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education Work Life Balance: Part Time (2 shifts/week), Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) - Every third weekend required Patient Ratio: 1:3-4 for PCU and 1:5-6 for Med Surg Location/Department: Chillicothe - 2A Why Adena? The Staff Nurse, RN as the primary care giver provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
