Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

In this role, the LPN will train all field staff prior to client interactions, provide ongoing training, conduct annual in-services, and ensure staff are properly trained on equipment and safety procedures. The LPN will also be responsible for client assessments, developing care plans, and conducting supervisory visits. This position includes being part of an on-call rotation.
