Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations

We're seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our Director of Operations. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.

Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Provide comprehensive clerical support to the Director of Operations, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A positive and can-do attitude
