Landscape Foreman

Benefits: Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Bonus based on performance Company parties About the Role: Grovers Landscape Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our crews in delivering beautiful, high-quality results across the Oregon City and surrounding areas. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll take pride in your work, inspire your team, and help grow something great — literally. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites Oversee daily operations including planting, mowing, pruning, mulching, and irrigation Ensure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standards Communicate job site progress and issues directly to management Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to perform at their best Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites Track maintenance logs and project hours and inspect work as needed Requirements: 2+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance Prior supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred Knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and hardscaping Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers a plus Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Reading drawing plans is a plus Additional cerification or license is a plus.
