Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 30 Number of Staff – 53 Type of staff: Day Shift – 4-6 RN depending on census. RN ratio 1:6 days and nights Night Shift - 4-6 RN depending on census. RN ratio 1:6 days and nights Patient Ratios - Type of equipment – remote tele EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: Med/surg experience, Mom/baby experience with NRP preferred. Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 1 year of current Hospital Acute Care Med/Surg experience BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Surgical and medical experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: Outgoing with can do attitude and outstanding customer service skills Independent and confident in own skills and judgment. Often will work with one other RN or alone, resources available on the floor but not on the unit.
