What You'll Do: Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding, cutting, and forming techniques and equipment. Read and interpret instructions, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Operate tools and machinery such as shears, presses, and welding equipment. Perform quality control checks to maintain our high standards. Collaborate with a skilled team to meet project deadlines in a safe and efficient manner. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field. Proficiency in GMAW, GTAW, or FCAW welding processes (certifications a plus). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing or shop environment. Team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
