Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in an outpatient setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; organize and delegate appropriate care tasks.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes; monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and institutional protocols, while ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulations.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (in good standing)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ year of nursing experience in oncology or ambulatory/outpatient settings preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient care environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and supervisory skills
- Eligible for travel assignments and able to work 4x10-hour daytime shifts
