Event Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do Research potential tradeshows over a variety of segments, including attending discovery meetings, requesting quotes and pulling together contracts. Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing calendar that aligns with company-wide sales and brand objectives. Lead all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, ordering, shipping/drayage, and on‑site setup and takedown. Partner with the marketing operations team to create multi‑channel promotional campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) to drive registration and attendance. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Cost Per Lead (CPL), attendee engagement, and attributed revenue, to prove ROI. Work closely with the Sales/SDR teams to ensure seamless lead hand‑off and timely post‑event follow‑up. What You’ll Have 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, corporate events, or field marketing (B2B experience preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to pitch sponsorship opportunities to senior leadership. High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the “big picture.” Ability to travel within the United States when needed, up to 50%.
