Maintenance Specialist PRN

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Specialist (PRN) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a reputation for exceptional service and patient care. *** PRN employees work up to 29 hours a week and are not elibile for certain benefits *** What you will do: Performs and accomplishes minor maintenance carpentry, electrical, plumbing and fire proofing necessary to the maintenance, repair and renovation of University Health buildings and facilities. Ensures safe, competent, efficient, and timely performance of assigned tasks Estimates materials, labor costs, and requisitions What we require: Completion of high school, trade school or equivalent GED One year experience ofatleast two or more building crafts such as general maintenance, construction, plumbing or electricity is required. Must possess a Maintenance Technician License from the City of San Antonio or obtain same within 3 months of employment.
