As a Personal Banker‑Universal within PNC’s retail organization, you will be based in Aurora, CO. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience and lobby engagement activities. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Licenses Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $66,125.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
