Prepare and present quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency. Manage the policy renewal process and proactively address client inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to enhance client offerings. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: Valid Florida insurance license in property and casualty. Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service. Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM systems. Positive attitude and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
