Certified Crisis Prevention De-Escalation Training Coordinator/Trainer

Job Title Certified Crisis Prevention De‑Escalation Training Coordinator/Trainer Location Richmond, VA 23224 Type Temporary Responsibilities Train Behavior Aide and Instructional Aides in the Richmond, VA area as needed for new staff. Conduct trainings independently while producing training certificates for class participants. Deliver training by using Certified Crisis Prevention De‑Escalation methods (Tova/Mandt/CPI or equivalent). Qualifications Certified Crisis Prevention De‑Escalation Trainer in Tova/Mandt/CPI or similar. Experience in training independently. Must be a certified trainer in Tova/Mandt/Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or other crisis‑prevention training for school‑based staff in Virginia. Has own space to conduct trainings.
