We are seeking a Bilingual Care Navigator / Clinical Intake Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking) to join our onsite intake team in McKinney, TX. As a Bilingual Care Navigator at Next STEPS Worldwide, you will guide infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients toward the right care through a consultative, sales-driven intake process. You will play a vital role in serving our Spanish-speaking population by breaking down barriers and reducing stigma, while ensuring all clients receive compassionate, high-quality care in both English and Spanish. Your voice will help families and individuals feel understood, supported, and confident as they take their first step toward healing. This is not a traditional call center role. This is a relationship-based, consultative, sales-driven phone position where you guide clients to the right care at the right time. Conduct detailed, individualized phone assessments. Educate clients on psychological, therapy, and nutrition services. Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled intakes. Match clients with the best-fit provider and service. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals. Document interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.
